In such a changing environment, the work of recruiters to find suitable candidates plays a key role in the success of companies. In this context and, for the second consecutive year, LinkedIn held the LinkedIn Talent Awards Mexico awards ceremony, a series of recognitions given to companies and recruiting professionals with a high rate of performance and use of professional network solutions largest in the world to recruit and strengthen your employer brand.
This award has been organized by Chile Mobile Number List LinkedIn since 2015 in countries such as Brazil, Spain, Italy, Qatar, South Africa, Turkey and regions such as the Middle East and North Africa. In this edition, LinkedIn Talent Awards includes three categories: LinkedIn Rising Star, Best Talent Acquisition Team and Best Employer Brand, the latter two subdivided into: “companies with more than 500 employees on LinkedIn” and “companies with less than 500 employees on LinkedIn ”; in total, adding up to the delivery of five prizes.
To be among the candidates, companies must use LinkedIn talent solutions. LinkedIn analyzed the performance, results and impact of more than a thousand Mexican companies, in the period from July 2018 to June 2019.
The winners by category are:
LinkedIn Rising Star
Category that rewards companies that have recently joined LinkedIn and that already use the network with great potential. It takes into account: companies that have adopted LinkedIn Talent Solutions between July 2018 and June 2019, proficiency in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter; effective use of Job Slots (vacancy advertisements); average number of visits and growth of followers on your company page on the web.
Winner: Jaguar Exploration and Production
Best Talent Acquisition Team
This is a category of teamwork. It evaluates the team's performance through the following criteria: competence in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter; team average on the LinkedIn Recruiter Index (LRI); hiring influenced by LinkedIn; and the use of Job Slots (vacancy advertisements).
Winner with more than 500 employees: Aeroméxico
Winner with less than 500 employees: Konfío
Best Employer Brand
The Best Employer Brand is awarded to companies that seek to position their employer brand in a captivating way and have a complete Company Page on LinkedIn. LinkedIn evaluates activity on the company page through engagement, reach, and filling out the “day-to-day” tab. This category is also divided into subcategories for companies with more than 500 and companies with less than 500 employees on LinkedIn.
